1. Order Processing

• All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after order confirmation.
• Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
• You will receive an order confirmation email or SMS once your order is successfully placed.

2. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery

• ₹99 for the first item.
• ₹30 for each additional item in the same order.

Express Delivery

• ₹150 for the first item.
• ₹40 for each additional item in the same order.

3. Delivery Timeline

• Standard Delivery: 5–7 business days.
• Express Delivery: 2–4 business days.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary depending on your location.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) is available for eligible locations.

• An additional 5% COD charge will be applied to the total product value.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress.

6. Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occur due to:

• Weather conditions
• Natural disasters
• Courier service delays
• Government restrictions
• Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

TinyHandsClub is not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. TinyHandsClub will not be responsible for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact our customer support within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

9. International Shipping

Currently, TinyHandsClub ships only within India. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
