Refund policy

Welcome to TinyHandsClub. We strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns for eligible products within 3 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact.
  • Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required.
  • Return requests made after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Diapers
  • Briefs
  • Accessories
  • Bibs
  • Hankeys

3. Exchange Policy

TinyHandsClub offers exchanges within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
  • The exchange request must be made within 3 days of receiving the order.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

4. Refund Policy

Once your returned product is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

  • A ₹100 deduction per returned item will be applied as a return processing charge.
  • The remaining refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or issued as store credit, where applicable.
  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Shipping Charges

Standard Delivery

  • ₹99 for the first item.
  • ₹30 for each additional item.

Express Delivery

  • ₹150 for the first item.
  • ₹40 for each additional item.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect product sent by TinyHandsClub.

6. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are subject to an additional 5% COD charge on the total product value.

7. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped without any cancellation charges.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

8. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact our customer support immediately with your order details and clear photographs of the product. We will review your request and provide an appropriate resolution.

9. How to Request a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact our customer support within 3 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return or exchange.
  3. Our team will guide you through the return process.
  4. Once the returned product is received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed according to this policy.
